Product Description
The firm flesh of Norwegian Cod characteristic a lean, large flaky structure and a tender-firm texture makes it an ideal for a wide variety of dishes. Pacific Cod tend to have thicker fillets with a higher moisture content and are therefore tender-firm. Their flesh has a delicate white color when raw and remains white after cooking.
Cod fish is packed with nutrients and vitamins. Very helpful for diabetic, heart disease, or atherosclerosis patients. It also consists of anti-inflammatory properties which help to lower inflammation.
